Dimplora Cancellation Policy

At Dimplora, we value your trust and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience from order to delivery. We understand that plans can change, and we’ve designed a transparent cancellation policy to help you manage your orders easily.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at contact.dimplora@gmail.com with your Order ID in the subject line.
  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may, however, initiate a return or exchange request after receiving the product by referring to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom or Personalized Orders

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery orders are not eligible for cancellation, as these pieces are crafted exclusively for you.

Cancellation by Dimplora

In rare cases, Dimplora may cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Payment authorization failure
  • Inaccurate shipping details or incomplete information
  • Technical or pricing errors on the website

In such instances, you will be notified promptly, and any amount paid will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timelines

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed via your original payment method.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer once bank details are provided.
